Welcome to Center Stage Trading Cards. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at centerstagetradingcards.com (the “Site”) and any products, services, or content we offer (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms are entered into between you and Epic Cards LLC, doing business as Center Stage Trading Cards (“Center Stage,” “CS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

01Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from the Services. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

02Products and Collections

Nature of Our Products

Center Stage produces limited-edition trading cards, autographed cards, memorabilia cards, and related collectibles (“Products”), typically released in finite series in collaboration with music artists and other talent.

No Guarantee of Specific Cards, Hits, or Configurations

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Pack and product contents are randomized. We do not represent, warrant, or guarantee that any particular pack, box, case, or other product will contain any specific card, autograph, memorabilia piece, parallel, insert, “hit,” “chase card,” or one-of-one (“1/1”) card.
• Published checklists describe what may be found across an entire series, not what will be found in any individual pack or unit. The presence of a card or insert on a checklist is not a promise that you will receive that card.
• Stated odds (where provided) are approximate and apply across the production run as a whole. Individual results may vary significantly. No buyer is guaranteed to receive any specific card class, rarity tier, or configuration, regardless of the quantity purchased.
• Some cards, including but not limited to 1/1 cards, autograph cards, and memorabilia cards, may not appear in every collection, every series, every box, or every case. A collection may be released without any 1/1 card, without autograph content, or without memorabilia content, and Center Stage retains full discretion over the composition of each release.
• Production variances, planned scarcity, and short prints are inherent features of small-edition collectibles and do not constitute a defect or a breach of these Terms.

Trading cards and collectibles are sold for entertainment and collecting purposes. Purchase of any Product does not entitle you to any specific card, prize, hit, or outcome. If guaranteed receipt of a specific card matters to you, do not purchase randomized or sealed Product.

Product Appearance and Descriptions

We work hard to depict our Products accurately, but you acknowledge that:

• Images on the Site are for illustration only. The actual appearance of a Product — including color, texture, finish, gloss, foil, embossing, paper stock, ink density, edge finishing, packaging, signature placement and style, and the appearance of any embedded memorabilia — may differ from how it appears on the Site, in marketing materials, on social media, or on any third-party platform.
• Screens display colors differently. Variations between your screen and the physical Product are normal and do not constitute a defect.
• Hand-finished, hand-signed, and hand-cut elements vary by their nature. Autographs differ in size, placement, ink flow, and style. Memorabilia pieces are cut from larger source material and will differ in pattern, color, and texture from card to card.
• Production variances are expected in small-batch printing and finishing and are part of the character of finite, hand-touched collectibles.
• Descriptions, dimensions, weights, materials, edition sizes, and release timing on the Site are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may be updated, corrected, or modified at any time without notice.

Edition Sizes and Print Runs

Where Center Stage states an edition size, print run, or serial-number range, we make commercially reasonable efforts to honor that figure. However, edition sizes may be revised in limited circumstances — for example, to account for production errors, damaged or rejected units, replacement copies, or artist or partner-side adjustments — without constituting a breach of these Terms. Where this occurs and is material, we will use reasonable efforts to communicate the revision.

Limited Availability

Products are produced in finite quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, per household, or per order at our discretion.

03Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including after charges have been authorized. We may cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, inventory shortages, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel an accepted order, we will refund any amount charged.

Pricing

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and exclude taxes, shipping, and handling unless expressly noted. We may change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time we accept your order.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order and refund any amount paid, even after order confirmation.

Payment

Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge it for the full amount of your order, including taxes and shipping.

04Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Returns

Shipping

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Delivery dates depend on carrier performance, customs (for international orders), and factors outside our control.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery of the Product to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Sealed Products (sealed packs, boxes, cases, and similar) are sold for their randomized contents and are not returnable once received, except as required by law or where the Product arrives damaged or defective.

Single cards and non-sealed items may be returned only if they arrive damaged or do not match their material description, and only if notice and supporting photographs are provided within seven (7) days of delivery.

Variations in appearance from on-Site imagery, normal production variance, and dissatisfaction with the randomized contents of sealed Product are not grounds for return or refund.

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@centerstagetradingcards.com. We will provide instructions. Returns received without prior authorization may not be accepted.

05Intellectual Property

Our IP

The Site, the Products, and all related content — including text, graphics, logos, images, design, artist collaborations, photography, and the Center Stage starburst/pinwheel mark — are owned by Center Stage or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License to You

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, frame, mirror, or create derivative works of the Site or its content without our prior written permission.

Resale of Physical Product

Lawful resale of physical Product you own is not restricted by these Terms (subject to applicable law). However, nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the underlying intellectual property, artwork, marks, signatures, photographs, or talent likenesses appearing on or in the Products.

Talent Likenesses

All artist names, likenesses, signatures, and related rights appearing in our Products are used under license from the applicable talent or rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of those elements is prohibited.

06User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity, payment information, or shipping address.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to place orders, scrape data, or otherwise interfere with the Services.
• Attempt to circumvent purchase limits or anti-fraud measures.
• Resell Products in a manner that violates applicable consumer-protection or counterfeit laws.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Site.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any violation of these Terms.

07Disclaimers

08Limitation of Liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

09Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Center Stage, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, agents, licensors, and talent partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Services or Products; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) your infringement of any third-party right.

10Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after a revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.

12Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Center Stage regarding the Services and Products.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
• No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of our business or assets.
• Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply-chain disruption, carrier delays, acts of God, labor disputes, or government action.
• Notices. We may provide notices to you by email or by posting on the Site.
